NGC6781 - planetary nebula in Aquila

Authors: Jakob Selbing
Object: NGC6781, planetary nebula in Aquila
Exposure: 15 x 180 s(= 45 min), manually guided at 160x.
Equipment: MX5-C through Meade LX200 at f/4.6 (with Meade f/3.3 reducer).
Image scale: 1.5 "/pixel.

Comment: This beautiful planetary nebula is large (more than 2') and fairly bright. Still it isn't very widely known, and it doesn't even have a proper name.

Seeing was very poor, and the image suffers a lot from winds that caused the telescope to vibrate.
